Online Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests 

By submitting the freedom of information request forms below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all the information contained within the Town's document and information request policy
Elevation certificates, certificates of occupancy, site plans (showing footprint of building), transportation files, flood zone determinations, building permit files, and drainage files can be requested online through our website by submitting a freedom of information request to the Engineering and Development Services Department.
